A BG Group company operates on behalf of its co-venturers Centrica Resources Limited and Fina Exploration Limited. The SW Seymour area of the Seymour field was successfully appraised and drilled from the Armada platform in 2002. First production was achieved in 2003. A second well drilled into the NW Seymour area was brought on production in 2006.

Seymour is a sub-sea tie-back to the Armada facility, with gas exported via the CATS pipeline to Teesside and liquids transported through the Everest Liquids System and the Forties Pipeline System (Forties) to the Kinneil processing plant at Grangemouth.
