Accessibility is important to BG Group

BG Group is committed to producing a website for the widest possible audience, including users who have disabilities. We have developed this site to ensure compliance with priority level one criteria of W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative, and achieved many additional level two and three criteria. To aid visually impaired users, both font sizes and colours can be altered throughout the website to suit viewing preference.

Font sizes

Visually impaired users may wish to use a larger font size. Use the Control key and mousewheel to zoom in on any web page. To alter the font size throughout the BG Group website, in Internet Explorer, select 'Page', then 'Text Size', and choose your preferred size.

Accessible charting

Accessible versions of our server-side charts for the visually impaired and colour blind are available. Essentially they are constructed to deliver the chart in a new larger format or with a colour corrected colour palette. We also supply an accessible alternative to the comparative share charting tool, the Dynamic share price table designed to be navigated with voice browsers/screen readers.
