Locations worldwide

Overseas placements
During your two year programme you’ll have three or four assignments, at least one of which will be away from your home country. It’s a great chance to experience different working cultures as you build your understanding of our organisation and industry.

Training and development
Expect expert coaching, classroom-based learning, outdoor fieldtrips and specialist courses, but much of your learning will come from working on real projects as part of a real team. Our focus here is on practice rather than theory.
