Join us, and you’ll find a close-knit community. Not only will you be able to get involved in a whole host of social activities with your team, you’ll be able to get to know your fellow graduates too. Every graduate will undergo the same two week induction, then you’ll all meet again after 12 months to review your progress to date and plan your development for the future.

We also run the BG Energy Challenge the team building event for the global energy industry. Through a series of mental and strategic challenges over one or two days (and sometimes nights), participants test their team spirit, ingenuity, skill and commitment whilst creating great internal and external relationships with industry colleagues.
