1. Online application
We need you to complete and submit your application online.

2. Online tests
If your online application meets our initial selection criteria, for certain disciplines we invite you to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests.
3. Interview
Perform well in the online testing and we invite you to a technical face-to-face interview with a functional manager. Please note that this first interview isn't required for all functions.
4. Selection centre
Perform well at interview and we invite you to a graduate selection centre.
The selection centre is a simulated work experience designed to elicit graduates’ natural behaviours and future potential. During the selection centre you will be asked to participate in a number of different exercises, both as a group and individually. These exercises are designed to allow you to demonstrate behavioural competency in a number of areas including analysis, team-working, personal presentation and planning. We do not require you to do any prework for these events.
5. Offer
Succeed at our selection centre and we make you a formal offer to join our two year graduate programme.
6. Induction
Our international induction, usually held in September, brings together all our new graduate recruits from around the world.
