Executive Vice President & Managing Director, Americas and Global LNG

Martin Houston (50) joined British Gas in 1983 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2000. Based in Houston, he is responsible for the Group’s activities in North and South America and Trinidad and Tobago, and for the Group’s Global LNG activities. His extensive international experience has been gained through various commercial and general management roles and he has played a leading role in the development of the Group’s LNG business. He is a non-executive director of Severn Trent Plc and a fellow of the Geological Society of London.
