Skills and experience:

Before joining the Group in 2001, Keith worked as a lawyer in private practice in Bristol and London. Prior to becoming Company Secretary in November 2007, he held a number of roles within the Group’s Legal Department and acted as General Counsel from May to November 2007, having previously been Chief Counsel, Corporate from July 2004. As Company Secretary, he is responsible for advising the Board, through the Chairman, on all governance matters.
