Keith Hubber (44) joined BG Group plc in 2001 and is responsible for all matters relating to the Board, its committees and governance. Prior to becoming Company Secretary in November 2007, he held a number of roles within the Group’s Legal Department. He acted as General Counsel from May to November 2007, having previously been Chief Counsel, Corporate from July 2004. Before joining the Group, he worked as a lawyer in private practice in Bristol and London.
