Jørn Berget (55) joined BG Group plc in November 2004. He is responsible for Group strategy, exploration, developments, projects, operations, HSSE and IM. BG Advance is also providing the Group’s corporate technical and commercial assurance and services, including resourcing and development of staff capabilities. He joined the Company from Shell and has over 30 years’ international experience in the oil and gas industry, covering all aspects of the E&P business with assignments in the UK, Europe, the Gulf, Far East, South America and the USA.
