Executive Vice President, Human Resources ^‡

Robert Booker (42) joined BG Group plc in 2006. He is responsible for all matters relating to human resources strategy and policy. He was appointed to his current position in February 2009, having previously been General Manager, Performance & Reward. A chartered accountant, he holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School. Formerly, he worked as a senior HR consultant for Ernst & Young and Mercer Human Resource Consulting in the UK and Canada.

 ^‡ Peter Duffy, the previous Executive Vice President, Human Resources, left the Company in February 2009, having been on leave of absence for personal reasons since October 2008. During this period Robert Booker assumed Peter Duffy’s responsibilities.
