Skills and experience:
Prior to joining the Group in 2006, Robert worked as a senior HR consultant for Ernst &Young and Mercer Human Resource Consulting in the UK and Canada. He is a chartered accountant and holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School. Robert is currently responsible for all matters relating to human resources strategy and policy. He was appointed to his current position in February 2009, having previously been General Manager, Performance & Reward.
