Skills and experience: Prior to joining BG Group in 2006, Robert worked as a senior HR consultant for Ernst & Young and Mercer Human Resource Consulting in the UK and Canada. He is a chartered accountant and holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School. He was appointed to his current position in February 2009, having previously been General Manager, Performance & Reward.
Robert is responsible for all matters relating to human resources strategy and policy.
