Non-Executive Director
Sir David Manning (58) was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2008. He was a member of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) for 35 years, serving in Warsaw, New Delhi, Paris, Moscow, Tel Aviv and Brussels. He retired from the Diplomatic Service in 2008 after four years as British Ambassador to the United States. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Lloyds TSB Group and Lockheed Martin UK Holdings Ltd.
